魯蛇我打算從沒有分紅亦不給加班費的FAB逃離 目前打算去試試看vendor 或是家鄉的封測廠 vendor的價位可能差不多甚至高一些 但是為了生活品質降薪到封測廠 請問該如何談薪呢? 有什麼計算的原則嗎? 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.174.59
