新手想學拍風景 鏡頭選擇

我是新手想要從拍風景開始學習
爬了一推文有人建議選70-200mm 但經費有限
再加上有些相機是買的時候就會配鏡頭例：18-55mm+55-250mm
我想問的是拍風景要從哪個焦段開始練習？
鏡頭的選擇要注意哪些地方？
還有經費上的限制是含相機3萬元以內的話該如何選擇？
