【何柏均／新北報導】今天上午7時許，新北市一一九接獲報案，指稱板橋區縣民大道3段上，1名棄嬰遭丟棄在民宅的樓梯間內，警方立即通知救護車將還有呼吸心跳的嬰兒送醫急救，並且追查狠心棄嬰的父母。
