有天我做了一個很長的夢... 在夢中我變成的小池徹平，在一間名為田由兄光學的公司上班。我的生活好像過得跟電影情節一樣... 我的公司是一間非常有前途的公司！ 1.上班打卡制、下班責任制。如果工時太長害勞工局來查，你必須寫一張聲明書說你是自願留下的。 2.薪資結構透明；公司規章明文規定：颱風假、生理假一律扣錢... 薪資依比例扣除。 3.公司非常有活力！流動率極高，不斷的汰舊換新，不適任的人都走了！留下來的是菁英中的菁英！ 4.挑戰業界CP值最高！薪資挑戰業界最低，這點實在是不誇張... 5.公司很賺錢！保障年薪14個月((是低於14個月...)) 而且為了怕大家被扣到二代健保，所以一律不發業績獎金。不管你績效多差在此都可以安穩過！多麼棒的政策... 6.公司非常關心員工！老闆跟主管會主動了解員工生活上有什麼困難跟需求。為了提供即時的幫助、公司會主動調閱通訊軟體的對話紀錄。不管你是跟老婆吵架、還是你對公司有什麼建議。老闆都會第一時間知道。多麼棒的政策！打到這,以下開放新鮮人報名加入唷~ ※ 編輯: James5566 來自: 219.70.161.146 (07/07 19:22)
