想請問當一個團隊的主管到底該有怎樣的實力朋友待的team有五種專業技術，有一個同事在這五個方面都比主管精其他的各負責一種技術，每個人自己負責的技術方面比主管熟而該主管是五種大都了解個約六~八成就我認知主管應該是把被分配到的任務，依每個人負責的專業來分配等任務完成後再統一跟主管交代，主管再跟上面報告可是朋友的工作狀況是有點主管壓不住同事下面的人似乎認為主管掌握不住任務，有點認為主管只會把下屬的東西報給上面聽認為主管對這五種的專業技術的知識不夠精、不夠熟想請問一個主管，對自己team下的各個技術應該要熟到怎樣才算有能力的主管呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.101.77 ※ 編輯: Is5566 來自: 36.224.101.77 (07/07 02:04)
