新北市泰山區一間鐵皮屋家具工廠大火，造成二名打火弟兄在高溫燃燒的火場中不幸殉職。今天鑑識人員重回火場採證，初步研判是電器短路起火，而消防員則是是因為「閃燃」，鐵架瞬間崩塌來不及逃出，葬身火窟。新北市消防局表示，兩人因公殉職各可獲得1千800萬元撫卹金和慰問金，並入祀忠烈祠。至於業者的部分，消防局也將追究公共危險罪刑責。（杜大澂報導）

一間四百多坪的鐵皮屋家具工廠大火，卻造成兩名英勇的消防員不幸殉職，同仁們感到惋惜不捨，家屬也悲慟不已，打火弟兄每天出生入死，再度出現一樁悲劇。七號上午火調人員重回現場採證，確認起火點在倉庫二樓夾層，疑似電器短路起火，加上都是易燃物，火勢一發不可收拾，消防員則是因為「閃燃」被崩落的鐵架壓住，來不及逃生。

新北市消防局副局長陳崇岳表示，當時火場溫度瞬間達到一千度，救命器也受損，無法發揮功能。

兩名消防員，因公殉職可獲一千萬元撫卹金，以及二十年每年再獲得四十萬元，並追贈小隊長官職，入祀忠烈祠。新北市消防局表示，有關業者違建釀災的部分，也將追究公共危險罪責。
