為了響應教育部「反毒運動」，有民間團體特地舉辦了反毒嘉年華會。

來自全台灣的學生，分成好幾個隊伍，以特殊的裝扮造型，來走星光大道，宣示反毒的決心，這也是全台灣最大的創意反毒活動，因為總共吸引超過1千人參加，不少政治名人，也都應邀出席，加上精彩的演出，讓現場非常熱鬧。
