買來的已JB二手IPAD4 要如何回復最原始的JB狀態?

版本是IOS6.1 已JB過

明天就要跟別人面交了但是爬過文後發現只能回復到"最新"版本的原始狀態而且最新版無法降版JB

若是我把每個軟體包含CYDIA裡面的安裝軟體全部都刪除還會有被竊取資料的危險嗎?

PS.CYDIA有沒有甚麼重要軟體是不能刪除的呢?
