男生上班皮鞋推薦~

想跟大家請教一下是否有好的上班皮鞋可以推薦的，先前是超愛Rockport的基本款(MIB那雙)，但品牌重回台灣後似乎都看不到了：(
目前的需求有：
1. 舒適，這是首要條件，而且因為有跑步的關係，有點足底筋膜炎，得好好保護腳囉~
2. 耐磨，小弟腳很牛，而且死上班族，星期一到五都要穿皮鞋，所以需要一雙耐磨的皮鞋，尤其是鞋跟的部分。
3. 可換鞋跟與前腳掌，如前面所說的，腳很牛，鞋子很快就磨壞了，所以那種一體成型的的鞋子就不太合適了。
4. 楦頭不能太窄，亞洲人嘛，太窄的鞋穿了實在不舒服：(
5. 要有鞋帶，這是個人偏好，總感覺沒鞋帶穿不緊。
