【汪智博／台東報導】海巡署台東查緝隊於潭美颱風襲台當下，昨日下午四點半在台東市仁一街追捕有毒品前科的男子周慶文（38歲），周嫌一度持改造霰彈槍 欲拒捕，經警鳴槍後始棄械就逮，幹探隨後在其身上及出租套房內取出改造霰彈槍、手槍成品各乙半、半成品六枝，另有改造子彈成品32顆、半成品50顆及警用 防彈背心、安非他命等毒品。

　海巡查緝隊員同時取出一條以土製炸彈製成的腰帶，周嫌表示係用來暴力討債時，掛在被害人身上威嚇所用；幹探另還發現周嫌不時以無線電監聽警方動態，無怪能夠從容躲避查緝。全案已依違反槍砲、毒品等多項罪嫌送辦。
