請教一下各位專家，因為小弟預計在5年內換屋(現在住的房子五年後偏向賣掉)，所以這五年要快速累積頭期款，但考慮目前房子的貸款相對低點，故就算有閒錢也不想繳清目前的房貸，想要存下來在五年後當頭期款用，可是每年結算房貸利息，也貢獻出不少給政府，請教各位如果是你這種狀況，會想先繳清房貸以節省利息嗎？或是存起來當五年後的頭期款?或是各位有什麼好建議?謝謝
