外交部：具體修補台菲合作關係

外交部長林永樂今表示，會晤菲律賓特使培瑞茲時也當面提出四點要求，包括希望菲律賓盡速完成起訴，嚴懲涉案人員、台菲盡速舉行下階段漁業會談、建立海上執法不能使用暴力與武力的機制、具體動作修補台菲合作關係，推動洽簽經濟合作協定。
