幫女朋友請教商碩剛畢業兩星期就決定去電訊業做行銷工作但內容和應徵時談的有出路大部份是關於預算控制　做營運報表　做行銷的部份很少內部也很少思考消費者想法　訓練不到這塊跟老闆反應過　老闆也叫他想idea 目前有一個案子可能會給她做薪資　３４０００　話費補助１０００三節大概每次三四千　旅遊補助５０００年終３個月左右　每天工時８小時吧但她開始覺的行銷就一堆雜事似乎沒啥專業之後想轉財務但怕做不滿一年之後找工作怕人家說穩定性不夠且年終領不到但又怕做一年被定型想請教要做完還是真的會被定型要跑? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.155.201
