【綜合報導】美國司法部30日宣布，惠氏（Wyeth）藥廠一款藥物因涉嫌誇大療效，判罰4.9億元美金（約147億元台幣）。

惠氏藥廠所生產的「雷帕霉素」（Rapamune）是一種免疫抑制劑，主要在協助腎臟移植者排除器官排斥的症狀，美國食品藥物管理局（Food and Drug Administration，FDA）於2010年4月批准此款新藥。但惠氏因涉嫌廣告不實，被判高額的罰款。
