還記得上周 iMessage 被遊戲廣告入侵，不少人都在自己的手機上收到了垃圾訊息嗎？Apple 在今日成立檢舉部門，使用者可將收到的 iMessage 垃圾訊息寄發到 iMessage.spam@icloud.com，讓 Apple 幫你一同解決垃圾訊息問題。

無論是 WhatsApp、LINE 等即時通訊軟體，都常出現廣告等垃圾訊息；前陣子許多 iOS 用戶也都收到 iMessage 垃圾訊息，對此也有些人向 Apple 投訴。除了透過「設定/通知/訊息」中設定只有聯絡人才能發訊息減少垃圾訊息的轟炸，這回 Apple 官方也成立檢舉部門，讓使用者直接投訴回報 iMessage 垃圾訊息。

Apple 在官網提到回報 iMessage 垃圾訊息的機制，其實也是有一點土砲，要大家收到垃圾訊息後，將截圖等資訊以 iMessage、MMS 或 SMS 簡訊寄到 Apple 的 iMessage.spam@icloud.com 信箱。回報內容如下：

1. 螢幕截圖，截取收到的 iMessage 垃圾訊息。
2. 包含接收到的完整 email 位置或手機號碼。
3. 包含接收日期、時間。

iOS 使用者請使用「電源鍵 +Home鍵」進行截圖，OS X 使用者請透過「Command + Shift + 數字3」進行截圖。當越多使用者進行把關，就能減少其他人接收到垃圾訊息的機會。
