標題[閒聊] 大家試用期過後都調多少?

我知道不一定每個公司試用過後都會調薪 不過想了解一下現在職場上的狀況 大家來聊一下試用過後公司調了多少吧! 不知道有沒有人調過7000以上的呢? 因為自己現在狀況是工作量增大~主管昨天突然離職(未交接) 公司臨時要我接他的工作 但我本身已經有在分擔其他人的工作了 現在公司離職潮很缺人 工作都分出來...我等於要做快2.5個人的工作 剛好我這個月滿三個月 現在不知道該跟公司談多少薪水才合理~但是看的出來總經理很器重我 大家可以給我點建議嗎? 順帶一說..總經理是個很小器的人 順便說說大家試用過後都調了多少薪水吧 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.71.227
