明天就是中秋節，偏偏「天兔」颱風來攪局。馬英九總統今晚在臉書發文，除了祝全國民眾中秋節平安快樂，也呼籲國人準備返鄉團圓或出遊時，別忘了即將來襲的「天兔」颱風，外出時千萬要注意安全，及早做好防颱防雨的準備。
