【葉文正／台北報導】才女作家吳淡如對房地產實在有著難以言喻的狂熱，繼粉紅屋、粉藍屋與陽光屋後，她竟然又在宜蘭卯力開了最新的小熊VIP villa，證明她非得拿下「民宿女王」的頭銜不可，而且為了降低成本，增加創意，有不少家具，都是她跟吳媽媽一起完成，她曾說對於裝潢設計有相當大的興趣，完成一個成品對她而言就像生個小孩，相當有成就感。
