【短片】「不想有華人味」　女主播自認整型

【綜合報導】美國一名華裔女主播陳朱莉(Julie Chen)，日前上節目表示，為了進媒體界不讓白人歧視，她自認曾動刀整型，「讓自己華人味少一點」。

陳朱莉說，她20多年前踏入這一行，擔任記者時，有次新聞部經理竟然跟她說：「你不會當主播的，因為你是中國人，眼睛太重、太小了。」這番話讓陳朱莉相當打擊。之後陳朱莉找經理人，其中一人對她說：「除非你整容，弄大眼睛，否則我不會做你的經理人。」

陳朱莉最後決定不理家人反對而去整容，她也在節目中展示自己整容前後照片，眼睛和鼻子明顯有變化。她說自己為身為華人自豪，但也不想讓人生有遺憾。
