全募兵制延後　影響6萬役男

【綜合報導】志願役招募狀況不理想，國防部昨宣布，原訂後年元旦起實施的全募兵制，延後2年至民國106年元旦實施。政策急轉彎影響所及，民國82年12月31日前出生、尚未服兵役的役男，原可轉服替代役，部分仍須入營服一般常備役，影響人數約6萬人；民國83年元旦以後出生者不受影響，維持原計劃接受4個月軍事訓練。綠委痛批馬英九總統政見又跳票，國防部強調將來仍會達到全募兵制。

對於被批跳票，國防部資源規劃司長王天德強調，推動募兵制目標沒改變，沒有跳票，將來還是會達到全募兵制。總統府則表示，以國防部說法為準。
