挺成長 菲利率續維持歷史低點

中央社 – 

（中央社台北12日電）菲律賓基準利率維持在歷史低點，通貨膨脹降溫讓決策當局取得支持這個東南亞成長最快主要經濟體的空間。

根據菲律賓中央銀行（BSP）今天發布的聲明，隔夜存款利率連續第7次例會維持在3.5%，彭博社訪調的19位經濟師全數預測到這項決定。BSP也將特別存款帳戶利率持平於2%。

隨著政府支出上升，菲律賓經濟已連續4季擴張7%以上，在泰國、馬來西亞及印尼的決策當局紛紛下砍各自的成長預測之際，凸顯菲國的韌性。菲律賓8月通膨減緩至4年低點，BSP將今年及明年的消費者物價上漲目標訂在平均3%至5%之間。

瑞士信貸集團（Credit Suisse Group AG）駐新加坡經濟師邁可．旺（Michael Wan，音譯）在決策出爐前表示：「央行直到年底都有利率不動的空間。目前我們暫訂明年會有一些調高，但終究要取決於通膨的演變。」

根據彭博調查，菲律賓今、明年將躋身全球成長最快速的5個經濟體之林。菲國第2季國內生產毛額（GDP）年成長7.5%，與大陸並駕齊驅。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）1020912
