全球競爭力評比 台灣升至12名

世界經濟論壇(WEF)發布2013年全球競爭力評比，經建會昨引述WEF評比指出，在148個受評國家中，台灣競爭力排名晉升1名，至全球第12名，分數連續4年進步。不過，「勞動市場效能」嚴重退步11名，企業外資持股普遍度排名衰退14名，另受台北市議員賴素如涉貪案等影響，貪汙排名上也退居第30名。

台灣較排名勝過於南韓與中國大陸，得分為5.29；WEF讚許台灣「過去5年表現十分穩定，且持續強勁」。

報告建議，台灣若要提升競爭力須加強組織架構，正視政府內部效能低落的缺點，並處理勞動力市場僵化的問題。

與亞洲國家相比，台灣排名第4名，僅次於新加坡、香港與日本，上述國家總排名分別依序為第2、第7與第9名。

經建會經研處副處長朱麗慧表示，台灣在WEF總括表現還不錯，應維持；針對較弱的指標應進行檢討與研擬因應對策。
