【游芳男／宜蘭報導】副總統吳敦義昨晚10時30分，參加頭城搶孤活動，致詞時，台下兩名女子，在胸前舉出寫著「拆政府」海報，並2度喊出拆政府口號，隨即被國安人員安撫，兩名女子也不願受訪說出為什麼舉海報理由。
