〔自由時報記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕財政部修正「免稅商店設置管理辦法」，旅客購買免稅商品，免稅商店須將逐筆資料即時連線至海關電腦系統，預計年底前正式上路。

目前旅客購買免稅商品，必須出示護照、登機證，免填購貨人資料且免簽名；但關務署一度打算要求旅客須簽名、登錄護照號碼及班機代碼，且免稅商店應將貨物進儲、移倉、銷售、領用及提貨等各項逐筆資料「即時」連線傳輸至海關電腦系統。

但此舉遭外界反彈，不僅影響旅客購物意願，而且擾民，甚至有侵害個資等問題。於是財政部決定順應民意，只要求免稅商店將各項逐筆資料即時傳輸至海關電腦系統，以供海關稽核。
