台鐵嘉義站 積水停駛

台鐵嘉義車站29日清晨5點，因康芮颱風夾帶暴雨，嘉義市南下鐵軌路基箱涵積水，水位超過警戒線，又北上民雄路段也積水，造成南下北上列車全面停駛，共影響40班次南上北上列車，至中午為止，還未恢復通車。
