康芮颱風逐漸遠離，雨勢漸緩，中央災害應變中心今天晚上9點舉行第8次工作會報，將一級開設降為二級開設，目前僅雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市一級開設。潭美颱風和康芮颱風造成的農損，估計為1億3457萬元。
