【戴之聖／基隆報導】明天就是中元節，基隆將舉行放水燈遊行，今年更邀請三軍儀隊前來基隆表演，今天凌晨3時許，2百名儀隊成員在基隆市海洋廣場彩排，步伐整齊劃一，讓現場許多圍觀民眾大為驚嘆。
