上奇科技股份有限公司（股票代號：6123）102年度現金增資股款繳納憑證開始櫃檯買賣日期。

公告事項：

一、上櫃股票種類及數量：現金增資新股股款繳納憑證6,000,000股。

二、上櫃股票開始買賣日期：民國102年8月21日。

三、上櫃股款繳納憑證權利義務：與原已發行上櫃之股票相同。

四、上櫃股票代號及簡稱：
代號：6123
簡稱：上奇

五、其他：
(一)本次上櫃之現金增資股款繳納憑證，係直接劃撥轉入認購人指定之臺灣集中保管結算所股份有限公司之證券存摺帳戶，認購人不得請求交付股款繳納憑證。
(二)上開增資股票俟奉主管機關核准資本額變更登記後30日內以無實體方式發行。
