藍委認同房價奢侈稅採地區性課稅

奢侈稅上路2年將重新檢討，國民黨立委曾巨威將提案把現行房地產全國一制性課稅，改為區域性課稅，並訂定落日條款，授權行政部門可依照經濟、房市狀況宣布停徵。此想法一出，獲同黨立委認同。蔡正元說，現行交易型奢侈稅應改為加值行奢侈稅，在有漲價的地方再課稅較合理。翁重鈞說，全國一制性課稅對南部農村縣市並不妥當，讓南部的房地產都沒有人回來購買。
