奢侈稅座談會　房仲：應對利得者課稅

【張菱育／台北報導】針對奢侈稅修正草案，財政部今日上午召開檢討座談會，與會的太平洋房屋資深協理蔣美龍表示，奢侈稅政策實施以來，不僅沒有讓房價下跌，交易量還萎縮，造成房仲大量失業，全台關店數約有400~500家，對不動產業者、相關從業人員的生計，都會有連帶影響。

蔣美龍建議，應該對有獲利的對象再行課稅，建立新的稅制，像是實價課稅，讓房地產正常發展，且房價上漲，主要還是供需問題影響，像是加速雙北地區都市更新速度，提供社會住宅等，讓住宅供給量增加，才能真正打擊擁有多數資產的族群。
