在另一波壓力測試之前，聯準會(Fed)周一針對先前參與測試的每一家銀行說，提供貸款的銀行需要改善他們的資本計劃。

有30家銀行將接受壓力測試，且需經央行核准，才能買回自家股票或發放股利。去年有18家銀行接受壓力測試。

Fed認為，銀行業未達標的部份包括，與特定業務有關的風險估計，未使用可靠，透明及/或可重複的過程，進行虧損，營收或費用的預估，及資本計劃過程的管理與控制不夠嚴謹。

Fed說，所有參與測試的銀行都面臨一項或多項領域的挑戰。
