過來人來談，我在國6當過三明治，我是以下的C車， A. B. C. D. 最前方有某A車急煞後又跑掉，應該說A車前還有更多車煞，因為在塞車， B車煞住了（完全靜止）， C車我也煞住了（完全靜止），幾乎用力踩到底， D車他馬的沒有ABS... 我的前後保桿陣亡外加引擎蓋變形，基本上後車（就D車）肇事責任最大，全賠，原因就是我強調的＂完全靜止＂但C車若先親到B車再由D車撞擊， B就必須找C車，C則找D，倘若D車有證據找到A車， D車賠完後就是找A車。原PO如果前方車主都有證據證明自己完全靜止後被追撞，你就賠多了！（A證明B只碰了一下也算，通常車內的人沒睡翻的話感受得到觸擊次數）沒ABS又沒保第三，馬的還殺我維修費，干！ ※ 引述《shiela (追求幸福)》之銘言： : 昨晚在高速公路的etc收費站前 : 發生了多車追撞事故， : 急速切換車道的車已跑走，（警察說很難追究它責任） : 然後，有五台車發生碰撞 : 我是第５台速度約六十km， : 仍煞車不及撞上第４台（據悉害本來已停下的４又輕撞上３） : 想請益下幾問題： : 一。第４車的保險公司有可能向我索賠嗎？ : 二。第４車修復期間，租賃代步車我是否需負責 : 三。人員全無受傷，修復車體我還可能有什麼責任？ : 本人只有保強制險 : 沒有任意險，這下有點麻煩～～～ : 煩請版友能給我意見，感謝 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.232.26
