請問一個人打算環島4天3夜的路線

最近有想藉著環島沉澱一下心靈的想法
所以抓了個4天3夜想來跑
可是因為是第一次加上沒有GPS
預算大概5~6000左右
連各個一定要到的點都沒甚麼計畫
想問各位前輩跑哪一條路線比較能安穩的走完4天3夜
還有環島一定要到哪個點
另外還有注意事項等等
麻煩各位前輩了
