【詹健全／台北報導】總獎金1.5萬美元台塑盃國際男子職業網球錦標賽，昨於天母網球場舉行第二天會外賽，結果共有包括陳迪、湯智鈞、陳奕達、饒奇山、胡浩陽等5名台將成功闖進會內賽，但其中又以世界第260陳迪對上台灣年僅14歲小將駱建勛，後者是第一次打職業賽，年齡還不到陳迪的一半，但駱建勛還在第二盤一度以7比5拿下打成平手，雖然最後還是以1比2負於陳迪，但對於駱建勛的表現，陳迪大讚說：「以他14歲年齡來說，他的球技已經很棒也很全面，就算我14歲時也沒能打這麼好！」
