委託關係是可以單方面解除的,完全不需對方同意,只是一般雙方會取得諒解會好看一點.而且你必須負擔對方因你終止委託所受之損失(委託期間內付出的實質成本),這部分對方難以量化舉證求償,且金額不高,所以幾乎沒有這種訴訟案例.

除非對方弄個假買假成交來搞你,所以要先做好自保的動作(錄音存證信函),先跟對方確認有無斡旋邀約達底價,有的叫他24小時內送來(真送來了,再考慮真假與賣不賣或違不違約,要有大打心理戰的準備,有可能是假的也可能弄假成真,若是假的對方也會怕你真篩印),沒有的話立刻告知解約並錄音即可.

一般約或專任約關於解約的部分都一樣,沒有差別.
