菲媒：總統9月訪中修補關係

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉14日專電）菲律賓與中國大陸因南海主權爭議陷入關係緊張，菲國總統艾奎諾三世預定9月初訪問中國大陸，一般分析，艾奎諾三世可能藉此行修補馬尼拉與北京的關係。

菲律賓真檔案（Vera Files）新聞網站引述馬拉坎南宮消息人士透露，艾奎諾三世已接受中國大陸邀請，出席9月3至6日在廣西壯族自治區首府南寧市舉行的第10屆中國-東南亞國家協會博覽會。

報導說，艾奎諾三世將與中國大陸國務院總理李克強及東南亞國家協會另9國的特使會面，並邀請大陸商界來菲投資。

菲律賓是今年博覽會的主題國，依傳統，主題國的元首將會親自出席。

艾奎諾三世上回訪問大陸是在2011年，分別會見當時的中國大陸國家主席胡錦濤和國務院總理溫家寶。

但馬尼拉與北京近來因南海主權爭議而交惡，在去年9月舉行的亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）期間，菲方嚐試安排艾奎諾三世再晤胡錦濤未果；今年3月，習近平就任中國大陸國家主席後走訪多國，卻跳過鄰近的菲律賓。

菲律賓政府最近在南海爭議上緩和了對中國大陸的措辭，菲國政治分析家預料，艾奎諾三世此行將尋求修補菲律賓與中國大陸的外交關係。1020814
