請問一下各位三鐵前輩

在賽事規則中，有看到「不可尾隨或輪車」或是「不同性別尾隨」的規定

這是甚麼意思呢?

尾隨比較好理解...應該是說不能跟在別人屁股後面騎，降低風阻吧??

輪車是指兩人一組互相輪流擋風嗎?

不同性別尾隨是指不能跟在異性後面，怕有性騷擾的疑慮嗎???? @@
