鐘點教師問題 校長協會籲正視

（中央社記者陳至中台北14日電）全國教育局處長會議即將於明天召開，全國中小學校長協會今天提出呼籲，要求在會中討論「鐘點教師」的問題。

校長協會自行透過1324份網路問卷調查，發現7成的代課教師（鐘點教師）沒有教師證，3%僅高中學歷，原因是新台幣2萬多元的薪水，難以吸引優秀人才投入。

校長協會認為，鐘點教師的薪水跟工讀生差不多，偏低的待遇只會產生兩種結果，隨便亂教或經常離職，學校招考困難，平均要遴選2.9次才能找到人，偏遠地區尤其嚴重。

校長協會建議政府鼓勵偏遠學校，聯合聘任教師，確保鐘點教師有足夠的「鐘點」，薪資獲得保障。另外也再度呼籲教育部，檢討教師課稅後的減課配套措施。1020814
