【蔣永佑／台北報導】士林地院審理八里雙屍命案，今天共傳喚郭姓、李姓媽媽嘴女員工，及隔壁餐廳薯星星侯姓員工三人作證。上午檢方及主嫌謝依涵律師詳細詢問郭女今年2月16日，也就是陳進福、張翠萍遇害當日晚上，兩人坐在店內時的神智、表情。

下午合議庭將繼續詢問李女及侯男，希望能進一步釐清兩人在店內即被迷昏後，遭謝依涵扶出殺害的過程。陳進福的外甥女和張翠萍的弟弟也到場關心案情，但不願發表意見。
