標題[問題] win8一天到晚當機

買了沒幾個月的聯想H520電腦，系統是win8，一開始用都還正常，只是不知為何無法用pcman combo，一用就當機，但是用其他瀏覽器也就還好，有一天突然莫名進不去 win系統(沒有安裝新軟體也沒有不正常開關機)，打電話給聯想客服後教我恢復原廠了，之後用了一禮拜左右也都沒問題，接著突然又變的很容易莫名其妙當機，不管是開任何一個瀏覽器，或是切換輸入法，或是安裝程式，或是什麼都沒做也會當機，每次當機都是非要強迫關機的程度，也沒辦法叫出系統管理員關掉沒有回應的程式，因為每次一按ctrl+Alt+del也是必當，到底為什麼會這樣毫無原因的一天到晚當機啊，我該再重新恢復原廠嗎?謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.116.218
