【劉曉霞／台北報導】日前大動作宣布和國際知名頂級度假旅館集團GHM合作，推出國際級五星渡假酒店「神去村」的上櫃公司圓方創新(5395)，今天被神去村法人股東元裾有限公司檢舉，涉嫌掏空公司資產1.32億元。

元裾委託華亞協和法律事務所律師徐志明，今天上午協同監察人、董事代表三度前往圓方創新，要求圓方董事長徐翊銘說明，不過，圓方和徐翊銘拒絕出面說明。
