大眾電信惡意拖欠設備場地租借費用

大眾電信積欠了好幾個月的費用
101年12月客服打電話來請求我
要我同意已拖欠3個月的場地租賃費再讓他拖欠6個月（前後加總9個月）。

（當時態度很好）
到了102年6月初大眾電信的客服又打電話來
又要我同意讓其拖欠到103年3月

當然這次我提出了要求要大眾清償前幾個月的費用再來談
想當然客服之後的態度就不一樣了
反正都是一些不想處理的話術（最後還丟了句"反正就是沒錢可還"）
在01上po文是希望有相同遭遇的人一同抵制大眾電信
還有那些還相信大眾電信的人醒醒吧不要到時和我有同樣的遭遇
Ps.大眾電信你有錢請專人跟我談判，你就不願把錢拿來清償費用，
還有最近還傳出大眾電信要標4G的牌照，難道沒有一個機制可以把財務不建全的公司排除嗎。
