殯葬規費7.1漲 業者反彈怒批 〔記者蔡文居／台南報導〕台南市公立殯葬規費，將自七月一日起調漲，其中火化費由三 千五百元調高到六千元，漲幅達七成，丁級禮廳也調漲三百元，議員及殯葬業者強烈反彈 ，要求暫緩實施，並揚言到市府抗議。 民政局︰基於成本考量 民政局主秘陳仲杰表示，收費提高與回饋金無關，主要是基於成本考量，根據精算結果， 火化一具遺體的成本要六千三百多元，現只收三千五百元，去年火化費用就虧損了三千多 萬元。 陳仲杰說，先前向中央借款四億多興建火化場等設施，去年只還了一億多，加上一些殯葬 設施老舊待改善，而且這次也擴大保障弱勢，減免中低收入戶的收費，絕非以營利為目的 。 殯葬業者近日接獲市府發文通知將調漲部分殯葬設施收費，市議員林美燕、黃麗招、曾培 雅昨天邀請民政局、殯葬管理所等單位說明。 議員︰不尊重議會決議 林美燕等人痛批市府不尊重議會暫緩實施的決議，議員全被蒙在鼓裡，還背黑鍋。林美燕 說，「雖然只是備查，要漲也沒辦法，但市府誠信何在？」 業者怒批市府「連死人錢也要漲」，教台南市民要如何活下去？ 對於議員關切有無不調漲的空間？民政局回應，已公告，將依法實施，事後再檢討。不少 殯葬業者認為已勢在必行，當場高聲咆哮，憤而離席抗議。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/jun/29/today-south15.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.112.239
