菲國衝突影響漁業會談延宕

外交部亞太司長何登煌今天表示，受到菲國內部衝突影響，原訂9月16日舉行的台菲漁業會談，確定延期，目前尚無時間表。

菲律賓南部民答那峨島三寶顏市，9月初因發生回教分離組織武裝分子和當地駐軍、警察激戰，造成數十人死亡，7萬餘民眾撤離家園，戰火持續延燒，迫使機場及港口陸續關閉，菲國總統艾奎諾三世前往坐鎮指揮。

何登煌說，下階段的協商，將會等到菲國內部穩定後，才能確定時程。談論議題預計將包含雙方第一次預備會議中達成的相關成果，外交部也期待結論能進一步法律化，屆時若有具體成果，便可望循台日漁業會談模式，成為正式會議。
