周人蔘案前檢察官判刑確定　最快下月入監

【賴又嘉／台北報導】曾轟動台灣警界的周人蔘電玩弊案，全案今年8月判決定讞，台北地檢署前檢察官許良虔、澎湖地檢署前檢察官洪家儀，分別因洩漏檢警搜索訊息、包庇賭博等罪，被判刑8年4月、1年，北市中正二分局前副分局長練錫銘也被判刑6年10月確定。
 
台北地檢署執行科於判決確定時，已啟動防逃機制，監控相關被告行蹤，並於今天收到相關判決卷證，據悉，檢方將於近日訂出3人發監時間，並發出傳票，3人最快於10月下旬發監執行。至於周人蔘，因行賄罪被高院判處1年3月又15天後，已出獄。
