大江南北都看完了,還是最喜歡鳳山嗎?
地處偏遠是不至於啦,
從多城那棟開車到鳳山舊市區大概5-10分,
從華鳳開車到文山特區或到鳳山舊市區也是大概5-10分,
88最大的好處是上高速公路快但也是最大缺點,噪音空汙大貨車多等,
華鳳最大的問題是馬路規劃小,除了當住宅區很難有其它發展,
如果你要清幽的環境又喜歡去文山特區消費,那當然就選華鳳,
文華匯可以考慮,不然就多存點錢等崑庭的,龍騰的感覺不是讓人很信任,
如果要買88的就選面公園那一棟好像是吉松建設的,
