華山會議：憲政共識作兩岸對話

民進黨中國事務委員會今天舉行第五次華山會議，由民進黨中國事務委員會委員、行政院前院長謝長廷主持，主題為「如何解決兩岸政治交流的失衡問題」，會中達成結論，民進黨應以台灣的「憲政共識」作為兩岸對話基礎。

會議結論有三，第一、兩岸交流由特定政黨寡占，對台灣不利，民進黨應積極自信參與兩岸交流；第二、民進黨應重視兩岸政治交流的失衡問題，調整具體政策，爭取人民的支持，以保護台灣的利益；第三、民進黨應積極推動憲政，落實國民主權的精神，提升國民的憲政意識，並以台灣的憲政共識做為兩岸對話基礎。
