開發面積透水首創　納入都計審議

【李定宇／新北報導】為妥善減輕因為雨水迅速排放所造成的水患，新北市實施「都市計畫土地使用分區管制要點」規定新開發建築物最少貯留量為每平方公尺基地貯留0.05立方公尺雨水等，並首創將透水面積規定納入都市計畫法，預計今年12月底發布實施。

城鄉局說，都市設計審議委員會昨日同意通過透水都市設計審議原則，如整體開發區、基地規模超過6000平方公尺且樓地板面積大於30000平方公尺案件等，申請案件基地透水面積應檢討大於80%法定空地，讓新北市邁向「透水城市」的目標。
