6歲童麥當勞壓傷1歲童　和解收場

【張欽／台北報導】莊姓婦人日前帶6歲兒子到麥當勞新店北新門市用餐，沒注意兒子超過兒童遊戲區身高限制，放任兒子在遊戲區玩耍，不料兒子竟從溜滑梯頂跳下，壓傷在下方的1歲盧姓幼童，致盧童大腿骨折，家屬怒告莊婦過失傷害，檢方認定莊婦未盡照顧責任將她起訴，但起訴後雙方即和解，台北地院以公訴不受理結案。
 
莊婦今年7月7日帶6歲兒子到麥當勞用餐，沒注意遊戲區限高110公分，仍放任117公分高的兒子進入玩耍，不料，莊童竟從溜滑梯頂一躍而下，壓在1歲盧童身上，盧童母親安撫兒子後回家，沒想到兒子異常哭鬧，就醫後才知兒子大腿骨折，憤而控告莊婦過失傷害。
