松坂本季最後先發　7.2局無失分

【賴德剛／綜合報導】松坂大輔今先發出戰紅人表現搶眼，7.2局僅被敲4支零星安打沒有失分，助球隊以1比0獲勝，他也拿下3連勝，逐漸找回過去強投水準。他説：「如果這是我本季最後一次先發，我當然要投得很棒，我想要繼續留在美國大聯盟投球。」
 
松坂與大都會簽下大聯盟合約後，前3場表現不佳，12.1局就失掉15分，但球隊依舊持續給他機會，9月9日隊上印地安人投5.2局僅失1分後，表現開始判若兩人，4場比賽26.1局僅失6分，其中4分自責分。
